WILL I RECEIVE A PROOF FOR MY CUSTOM CARDS?
Yes. We require that you approve a digital proof prior to printing. Within three business days (M-F) of receiving your order and a photo that meets our submission requirements, we will email you a pdf proof. If any changes are necessary, we will make them and send up to two additional proofs at no charge (three proofs total free of charge). Any additional proofs are $10 each.

Please be sure to check your e-mail often for your proof during the design phase to avoid any delays.


HOW DO I SUBMIT MY PHOTO?
Photo submission directions and address are available on our Baby Photo Requirements page.


HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER SHIPS?
We usually ship NON-CUSTOM cards in 3-4 business days and CUSTOM cards in 7-9 business days.


DO ORDERS INCLUDE EXTRA ENVELOPES?
Orders include 2 additional envelopes for every 50 cards ordered.


WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
You may cancel your order at no charge up until the design phase of our process starts. Please notify us at info@sweetpeasandpolkadots.com if you choose to cancel your order. Your order is not considered cancelled until we have confirmed the cancellation. After the design phase starts, there will be a $50 cancellation fee to cover the costs of our professional staff.


SALES TAX:
9.0% sales tax will be added to all orders shipping to addresses within the state of Illinois.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

Sweet Peas and Polka Dots shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Sweet Peas and Polka Dots shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
